Dinner: Bow Tie Pasta with Turkey and Spinach
Because I had a chance to go shopping yesterday, I finally had a chance to cook a dinner for myself. For whatever reason I had about four boxes of farfalle (bow tie) pasta in my pantry. I needed to use them somehow, so tonight I made Bow Tie Pasta with Turkey and Spinach. And it was pretty darn good!
