Publishing Through the Ages

Last week I read a very interesting article, Scrolling Down the Ages, in the New York Times. The article describes "book publishing" in the ancient Roman world and compares it to publishing today. It is not surprising that the two have quite a bit in common. Personally, I think the article is an interesting and amusing one because it combines my two worlds of Classics and publishing. For me, you can't get any better than that!
